We brought our beloved cat to the vet's office a little over two weeks ago. He was having trouble breathing, and we assumed he probably just had a hairball stuck in his chest that he couldn't get out. I got an appointment very quickly, the same day I called. It was only a five-minute walk, but sadly, our little darling didn't make it. 🥺 When we arrived at the clinic, the vet could only pronounce him dead and very sensitively explained that our cat had apparently had an undetected heart problem, which isn't uncommon. Up until then, he had always seemed perfectly healthy and full of life. My daughter and I were devastated (my daughter broke down crying on the way home, while she had been brave at the clinic, distracting herself with her phone). This vet was incredibly warm and compassionate, which was a real comfort in that moment. She also treated our beloved pet who passed away with great love and respect. A thousand thanks for that ❤️ Once we've come to terms with our loss, we'll get another furry friend who desperately needs a home, and we already know we've found a wonderful veterinarian 🙏 Anyone looking for a good vet who clearly does her job with passion is in the right place. Highly recommended!
