The best vet clinic I’ve been to! The doctors are amazing, they helped my cat with a problem other doctors couldn’t solve for a year. Now my cat is stable and happy, and his condition is under control. One of the doctors and some nurses speak Russian, which is so great and was very surprising to find out, as we don’t speak good German.

Great practice. They are always very patient with my anxious dog and treat him with love and care. They listen to all our concerns and answer all our questions. The doctor is very empathic and a nice person overall.

Money makers, they diagnose that my cat has deadly disease, and charge me 500 euro. Afterwards, I went to another clinic, and my cat had simple bacterium which is very easy can be cured. And it was. In 2 days my cat was much better than he was.

Unprofessional people just looking for money and their interest but not at all for the health of your animal... when there for an important medication to treat my 15 years old dog who has blood issue. 2 month ago they gave it to me without problem then today they say "no, I need to see the dog (make money)" so I was confused and ask them for immediate solution as my dog was without medication and was not expecting not receiving it this time. I sit with my 3 years old daughter telling that I won't move until they help me and the answer was "WE WILL CALL THE POLICE". My daughter did not need to witness all this, so I left... one customer tried to help and I wad rude to him and for that, sire if you read this, I apologies. I'll never go there again! I'm new in Germany and even newer in Munich and really miss my previous vet who has I real heart no a wallet...
