Super friendly staff. Everyone is respectful and provides good care for our pets.

Great first experience for our puppy. We've come to a praxis twice this week: for an emergency room and for a regular check-up with vaccination. Both doctors an assistants are friendly and very professional. They fixed the problem quickly and were very gentle to our small dog. The bill for the services was very moderate. Definitely recommend!

I love this place, respectful professional vets with friendly staff. They removed a tumor of my 12 years old dog and he is healthy and happy.

I have been taking my large dog and two cats here over several years and am consistently so grateful for this praxis. Every single colleague in the praxis is not only incredibly knowledgeable and natural with animals, they also are deeply empathetic and caring. I really feel that my pets are not just in good hands, but with good hearts and this makes a huge difference to me. Over the years we have managed many ranges of struggles with my pets and the team here is always equipped with the knowledge and resources to help to the fullest extent, including physiotherapie. Included is a photo of my dog so happy and comfortable as usual in the praxis. I credit her genuine happiness to visit the praxis to the gentle hearts and hands of the staff. Our Maltipoo, Whiskey, was a patient of Frau Dr. Teresa Klövekorn for 3.5 years before we moved to another city, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Dr. Klövekorn always looked after him with great attention — from treating an eye infection to assessing joint damage. Every treatment was fair, transparent, and efficient. We never felt taken advantage of, which, unfortunately, can happen easily with anxious pet owners in other places. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The practice itself has a warm, cosy atmosphere, and you truly feel that your pet is in good hands. We were always very satisfied and highly recommend this Praxis.
