I have nothing negative to say. Very friendly and trusting interaction with my dog. The explanation of the diagnosis was easy to understand, and they took their time. Everything was explained to me using a model. The COVID-19 measures were excellent. I felt very safe. And as you can see... Lotte is sitting laughing in the waiting room 😊

Today was our first visit to Dr. Haan – we usually go to a different vet, but we needed a last-minute appointment for a vaccination. We received a very friendly welcome and were seen quickly. Even though we're not regular customers, the vet took plenty of time and treated our pet with genuine care. The price-performance ratio is excellent – absolutely fair and transparent. You can tell that the animal's well-being is the priority here, not profit. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! :)
Since you have to be careful what you write... Speechless, but I'm allowed to publish the truth, and if not, then we'll see each other at the authorities and other relevant offices!! I'd rather pay ten times as much at an animal hospital where they actually care about helping an animal!! He was on call and wasn't willing to fulfill his duty! No matter which vet you called, his number and name were given out! He wasn't willing to help! My dog was unconscious, convulsing, etc., but he didn't care. He simply refused to let us come in!!! Very disappointing and a shame! That's not how I imagine a vet! A JOB MISSING?
