We visited Mr. Haan for the first time today – we're actually with someone else, but we needed a last-minute appointment for a vaccination. We received a very friendly welcome and were seen very quickly. Even though we're not regular customers, the vet took plenty of time and treated our animal with real care. The price-performance ratio is excellent – absolutely fair and transparent. You can tell that animal welfare is the priority here, not profit. We felt completely well looked after and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the great care :)

I have nothing negative to say. Very friendly and trusting interaction with my dog. The explanation of the diagnosis was easy to understand, and they took their time. Everything was explained to me using a model. The COVID-19 measures were excellent. I felt very safe. And as you can see... Lotte is sitting laughing in the waiting room 😊
