I've had mostly good experiences with this practice so far. However, I've sometimes gotten the impression that they try to squeeze as much money out of patients as possible in certain situations. For a seemingly straightforward fracture, my family had to pay for X-rays multiple times. On one occasion, they were told that an X-ray wasn't satisfactory and needed to be repeated. We were charged for that as well. It seems that critical questions about the costs aren't always received constructively. In our case, this led to my family being reported to the veterinary authorities. I can't confirm 100% that the practice initiated this, but I consider it the most likely explanation. This has significantly damaged our trust in the practice. I also had the impression that there might have been other motives behind this excessive reaction, but I don't want to elaborate on that at this time.

I've actually known the practice for years, but I hadn't been a customer for a few years, so I was pleasantly surprised when I recently returned with my cat. Everyone always treated me kindly and well. The veterinarians take their time and explain the next steps in detail after taking the patient's medical history and assessing the patient's physical condition, while speaking to me. Everyone is incredibly kind to my cat. I feel very well looked after in this practice. I've missed that in other practices. The prices are good.
