The entire team is very nice. Dr. Ksenofontova is very competent, caring, and takes her time. She's very empathetic, even with dire diagnoses. We are completely satisfied, and so are our four-legged friends. Thank you so much.

We've been taking our animals to the veterinary practice on Frankfurter Straße for four years now and couldn't be happier! We'd previously taken our rabbits and guinea pigs to several other vets, but here we finally feel completely at ease. The vet and the medical assistants are incredibly friendly and empathetic, and they handle every animal with great care, whether it's a guinea pig, rabbit, or dog. It's especially wonderful how lovingly and patiently they treat their little patients. We've always received competent and compassionate care, so our pets quickly recovered. You can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Thank you so much for your wonderful work!

The practice is truly highly recommended. They take a lot of time with their patients, and there's never a feeling of stress. All the staff are very empathetic and take plenty of time to explain everything calmly. The practice is also always easy to reach and helpful by phone. All in all, we are truly very satisfied and can't think of anything that could be improved.

Without you, this would never have been possible. Thanks to your care, patience, and love, we were able to spend another eight wonderful years with her. You operated on Betty three times – the first time when she was 12 and the last, most difficult, time at 17. Each time, you gave your all, and I always knew: With you, she was in the best hands. I never wanted Betty to be treated anywhere else. I knew you would fight for her until the end – and that's exactly what you did.
