Reviews
Contrary to the overwhelmingly positive reviews, I feel compelled to share my opinion here to warn others: For many years, I took my beloved cat Conny to this practice for her regular checkups. Unfortunately, I bear some of the blame for having placed so much trust in the veterinarian. This trust cost Conny her life. She has been dead for four months, and I still haven't gotten over the loss. The story began with a seemingly harmless cough. Ms. Ksenofontova diagnosed lungworms (and sold me an expensive medication). Then came the x-ray and the diagnosis: asthma (another expensive medication was recommended). This was followed by blood tests, lab work, etc., and the diagnosis: kidney failure. All of this was expensive, and they recommended a special, costly diet. I won't mention the cost because it was worth it for Conny. BUT: During this time, Conny was also over-vaccinated! She even received two vaccinations in one day. After that, her condition steadily worsened, and they refused to give me an emergency appointment because of the high demand. Ms. Ksenofontova was overwhelmed. The appointment wasn't for another 3 days!!! In the meantime, Conny passed away. I later learned that vaccinations are no longer necessary for older animals. I had Conny as a family member for 13 years. I have serious doubts about Ms. Ksenofontova's competence, as administering expensive, unnecessary vaccinations and making unsuccessful and incorrect initial diagnoses suggest greed. I hope that some of her "patients" will learn from my experience and be cautious when visiting this practice.
The whole team is very nice. Dr. Ksenofontova is very competent, caring, and takes her time. She is also very empathetic, even with serious diagnoses. We are completely satisfied, and so are our four-legged friends. Thank you so much!
We've been taking our animals to the veterinary practice on Frankfurter Straße for four years now and couldn't be happier! We'd previously taken our rabbits and guinea pigs to several other vets, but here we finally feel completely at ease. The vet and the medical assistants are incredibly friendly and empathetic, and they handle every animal with great care, whether it's a guinea pig, rabbit, or dog. It's especially wonderful how lovingly and patiently they treat their little patients. We've always received competent and compassionate care, so our pets quickly recovered. You can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Thank you so much for your wonderful work!
This practice is highly recommended. They take plenty of time for each patient, and there's never a feeling of stress. All the staff are very empathetic and take the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. The practice is also very easy to reach by phone and always helpful. All in all, we are extremely satisfied and can't think of anything that could be improved.
A very good clinic, with friendly staff and an attentive doctor. The doctor speaks Russian, which is very important to me. Our Yorkshire Terrier was in very poor condition, with severe allergies and itching, and no hair on her neck or face. She also had eye problems. They took blood tests, prescribed treatment, and made a diagnosis. We're still undergoing treatment, but she's almost a fluffball now. Thank you so much for the treatment!
