Our 10-year-old mixed-breed dog had dental surgery performed by Dr. Bender (successor to Dr. Martens' practice). The procedure, which would be performed under general anesthesia, was explained in detail beforehand. One tooth was loose, and the root of another was exposed. Both were removed, and a complete dental cleaning, just like a human's, was performed. We were able to wait at home during the surgery and were informed by phone once Pero woke up from the anesthesia. We are very satisfied, also with the assistants. He came through it all very well and now has no more bad breath! We highly recommend this practice!

I felt anxious and tried to communicate with my vet, and they were ready to examine my dog ​​(12 years old). They couldn't wait and needed immediate surgery before the Easter holidays. My vet in Dortmund was on vacation, and I was visiting friends. Suddenly, she wasn't doing well. Thank you for any help; unfortunately, I had to wait a long time without an appointment, so it was impossible. Now, my dog ​​Bella is doing great. These wonderful people extended my Simon's life by 5 years when everyone else had given up on him ❤️ They always dedicated themselves to the animal and showed so much care! I trust them now with my furry children. Of course, I would have preferred to meet the girls under normal circumstances and not when things were in a crisis 😅

I got an appointment very quickly, even though I'd never been there before. The staff, and especially the vets, are very friendly and competent and treated my dog ​​very well. I can't understand the reviews here about the prices being too high. Anyone who wants to own and keep a pet should be prepared to pay for good treatment. As long as my pet is doing well, the price is secondary. I'll gladly come back!
