Both veterinarians took their time, thoroughly examined and treated my hamster, explained everything to me in detail, and were always friendly and understanding. The veterinary assistants also do a fantastic job! I felt very well cared for (and, above all, taken seriously – I've sometimes experienced different treatment with a sick hamster). At the end of August, we had to take our 16-year-old cat to Dr. Bender's practice for the first time as an emergency. Our cat was treated by Dr. Gülgin Gharevi-Fleischhauer, and despite her obvious pain, it was clear that our cat trusted her. Even though, unfortunately, euthanasia was the only option for our cat in the end, we felt well cared for and understood by Dr. Gülgin Gharevi-Fleischhauer at all times. We can only highly recommend the team and the Bender practice and say thank you.
