We've had our first cat (a male) for a year now, so we're complete novices. With Ms. Herling, we've found an absolutely competent and, above all, very loving veterinarian. She handles our cat wonderfully, explains things thoroughly, and is always very helpful in answering our questions. The team is equally lovely and great with our cat. Most importantly, we've always been able to get in immediately for urgent matters, even when it was almost closing time. So we are absolutely satisfied and can highly recommend Ms. Herling.

I took my little cat to Dr. Herling's practice as an emergency case. My cat received immediate care, and I didn't have to wait long. Even when I called a second time because her condition hadn't improved, I was able to come to the practice quickly, and my pet received prompt attention. Unfortunately, we had to take her to the hospital, where she sadly had to be put to sleep. I'm grateful that she received immediate care and that the vet explained everything clearly and understandably to me as the owner. Thank you for everything you did for my little one. I will definitely bring my other cat back because I appreciate how well the animals are treated and how quickly they receive help, especially in emergencies.

We feel very well advised; Ms. Herling takes plenty of time to answer all our questions in detail. Our dog always enters the practice very curiously and patiently endures all examinations. Ms. Herling and her team are very empathetic and have always helped our dog very well. Thank you so much! 🙏🏽

We brought our senior pug here! Pleasantly surprised! The vet explained everything very thoroughly (which we appreciated) and showed genuine interest in the patient (of course, her priority) as well as her owner. They worked together to ensure the treatment was successful. The waiting room is large and practically furnished with calming colors. There's also plenty of parking. The veterinary assistant who was there was also very friendly and helpful, and she clearly explained the medication plan, making it easy to understand and follow. Just a quick thank you!
