Dr. C. van Well is a very empathetic and loving veterinarian, both with people and animals. She put my cat Nia at ease. She answered all my questions and took her time. Thank you, Dr. C. van Well. I highly recommend this wonderful veterinarian.

I moved to the Heidekreis region last October and have been taking my older dog to Dr. van Well ever since. She always cared for her with great love and empathy. Sadly, my dog ​​passed away on July 17, 2025. I went to Dr. van Well, who could only confirm my dog's death. However, Dr. van Well was then able to give me very competent advice on the options for a dignified burial. Dr. van Well also said a very warm goodbye to my dog ​​and stroked her fur one last time. I would go back to Dr. van Well without hesitation and highly recommend her.

We had a negative experience. They weren't very empathetic with our cat. She's a big challenge for a vet. But definitely not malicious. Never again will we go to that vet.

Dr. van Well is a very empathetic veterinarian who truly cares about the well-being of both the animal and its owner. She met Lotti a week before his passing and examined him in her mobile practice. She did such a wonderful job. Lotti came out of his carrier on his own, settled comfortably on her shoulder, and took a look around. He wasn't afraid because Dr. van Well spoke to him so lovingly and calmly. She took a lot of time with him. Unfortunately, we had to let Lotti go on October 16, 2025. Dr. van Well came to our home. She gently put Lotti to sleep while he lay in my arms, and her warm, honest manner made the farewell as bearable as possible.
