We knew Mr. Jörgens from his previous employer and unfortunately lost touch with him at some point. So we were all the more delighted to learn that he's now offering mobile veterinary care and that we can see him again. He's simply top-notch professionally! You can immediately tell that he has an incredible amount of experience and expertise. Everything runs incredibly smoothly, and the communication via WhatsApp makes things much easier and faster. We especially appreciate that he doesn't try to sell you anything unnecessary. His focus is truly on the animal's well-being, not on making as much money as possible. If a case would be better served in a specialized clinic, he says so openly and recommends the right course of action. Even after that, he stays in contact with the clinic and is always informed about the progress – this level of dedication is truly remarkable. On top of that, he's just a really nice person. You always feel well cared for, and despite any worries, you can even share a laugh with him. Thank you so much for the wonderful care! We wholeheartedly recommend him and would go back to him anytime.

We had to have our dog Viktor put to sleep and are so grateful that Mr. Jörgens was there to support us. His calm and empathetic manner created an atmosphere where we felt completely at ease. Viktor was able to pass away peacefully and in familiar surroundings, which was incredibly important to us. Compared to a crowded veterinary clinic, this was a much more dignified and peaceful solution. Even though no one ever wishes for such a moment, we would make the same choice again in a heartbeat.

I always feel I'm in the best hands here – you can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. My dog ​​has received prompt and expert care here on several occasions, whether for emergencies or regular appointments. I especially appreciate that appointments are often available at short notice and that they always take the time for us. As an owner, I feel very well cared for and taken seriously, and my dog ​​always enjoys coming here – which is the best sign for me. Today was my third visit to the vet with two of my five cats. The first time was a house call for my 17-year-old cat, who is terrified of the carrier. Then I visited the Kirchhain location twice. So I can only echo the five-star reviews (even though that's almost repetitive). During the house call, my senior cat was a bit confused when I put him on the table, but then he lay down, purred, and was able to be examined calmly. Even today, although the two cats put on quite a protest concert during the drive, they were pretty relaxed during the examination and almost completely at ease by the end. What I particularly appreciate about Dr. Jörgens' consultations is his very honest assessment of which examinations make sense and how the stress for the animal compares to the benefit. This is also very kind to the wallet, as the bill isn't unnecessarily inflated. 😊 So, a really good experience for both humans and animals.
