A veterinarian you could only wish for! She was immediately available from our first phone call, very friendly, calm, and extremely competent. She helped us in a straightforward and easy-to-understand way, so we felt well cared for from the very beginning. Since we still weren't entirely sure, we decided to visit the practice in person on Saturday. It was easy to find, and there was parking right in the courtyard. We were seen without any waiting time and treated immediately with expertise, speed, and great empathy. The fair and transparent pricing is also particularly noteworthy. The price was more than reasonable for the time, the thorough consultation, and the professional treatment.
