Reviews
Dr. Knobloch is our family veterinarian for our furry, feathered, and spiky pets. She works very precisely and always advises us on topics such as grooming and medication. Her diagnostic methods never cease to impress us. We trust her medical assessment and treatment methods.
The medical care our cat received during the second week of March 2026 was good throughout the entire treatment period. The examination, surgery, and aftercare were all carried out professionally and competently, and we are grateful for that. However, we were disappointed by the situation at the end. While our vet was covering for us on vacation, we were told that they would consult with the treating veterinarian. Unfortunately, this never happened. When our cat's condition worsened over the weekend, transport was no longer possible. On Monday morning, we therefore requested assistance at our location. Regrettably, this was not possible. We understand that veterinarians are very busy and cannot fulfill every request. Nevertheless, we would have appreciated more support and reliability during this difficult time—especially since our home is only an 8-minute drive from the clinic, and we had communicated this to them.
A beautifully designed practice with excellent time management, clean premises, modern communication, and highly competent staff. I have never felt so well cared for and advised as here. I believe it's important to clearly discuss what is best for the animal, even if it costs money. They also took a great deal of time for me and my German Shepherd, Hades.
Karl Heinz likes being there and is looking forward to seeing the doctor.
