Our cat felt sick, so we called (it was already around 7:40 pm), the on-call service answered the phone immediately ☎️ and we were able to bring her in. She had a thorough examination and received medication, and after two days she was back to her old self. It wasn't cheap, but we were so happy to have saved our cat. We would gladly use their services again anytime – excellent service!!

We have been regular visitors to this veterinary practice since 2019. The nurses and veterinarians are very friendly and understanding. Even anxious animals are treated with great sensitivity and care. The facilities and equipment are state-of-the-art and feel very modern. The waiting times are also reasonable. The only downside is that the prices are above average compared to other veterinary practices in the region. Those looking to save money will have to travel further to competitors in the surrounding villages. All in all, though, it's a very good veterinary practice.

Our dog was supposed to have a toe amputated due to a persistent inflammation of a paw pad. This was the recommendation of a small animal clinic and our regular veterinarian after the previous antibiotic treatment had proven ineffective. Since I absolutely couldn't accept this, we went to Dr. Jentzsch's practice for several laser therapy sessions and another high-dose dose of a bone-penetrating antibiotic. What can I say... this attempt saved our dog's paw. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Jentzsch again for this successful treatment and the entire team for their friendly manner and the overall positive atmosphere of the practice!

I visited the veterinary practice on Friday with our dog to get a second opinion on his current problems. I was warmly welcomed at reception; the staff member took her time and noted everything. After a short wait, we were seen by the veterinarian and a veterinary assistant – both very pleasant and competent. I felt that I was truly listened to and that my concerns were taken seriously. Various treatment options were discussed, and together we decided on the best course of action. It was particularly helpful that the blood work was analyzed immediately and discussed with me in detail. Afterward, I knew exactly where action was needed and where it wasn't. The medications and their administration were also explained to me in detail. Two days after the visit, I can say that our dog already seems much more stable and is feeling better. Many thanks to the entire team for the excellent treatment and care! I will certainly be back soon with one of my other dogs.
