Dr. Häffner and her colleague are absolutely 100% competent when it comes to problems or even emergencies. I've been going to them for many years and would choose them again in a heartbeat because I know my Hanni is in the very best hands. They always look for solutions and are incredibly loving in their handling of animals. They're also always available by phone if something unexpected comes up and I'm not sure what to do. And even then, I'm always able to get an appointment with them promptly. The price is also excellent. 🫶
