Absolutely thrilled!!! Fast, friendly, helpful, great tips! The way they handled my lovely four-legged friend was so gentle; I was even surprised by how friendly my "little guy" was with her! Highly recommended! I'm adding another star for the kind and friendly service – THANK YOU!

We searched for a long time for someone who was the right fit, and after a few detours, we ended up here. Here, expertise and a passion for the profession come together. You feel completely supported and understood; you can always ask anything.

The best thing that's ever happened to us with our dog. Nadine takes her time with everything and has been a great support to us for years. The initial home visits were invaluable. While he was romping around in the garden, we could assess his musculoskeletal system much better than in a five-minute examination in the vet's office. And Elmo also loves the "subtle" history we get while he's playing on the floor. He's much more relaxed then, and we've always been able to quickly figure out what's wrong. We're very happy and grateful to have Nadine.

We take our two dogs to Ms. Sorgenfrei for treatment – Badger (12 years old) and Nacho (3 years old) – and feel completely at ease there. We first went to her in 2025, and since then we've been going regularly for treatment and preventative care. We initially came to her with our limping senior dog. Unlike many vet visits, here I didn't feel like I was just supposed to "watch and wait," but rather that I was finally given concrete strategies, exercises, and approaches to find the cause, treat it, and keep it stable in the long term. Even at the first appointment, Ms. Sorgenfrei took an enormous amount of time and conducted a very thorough, holistic assessment, supplemented by demonstrating exercises that we could do at home. A particularly positive aspect was that she scheduled an appointment for our problem dog where contact with other dogs was completely avoided – this is anything but standard practice and helped us tremendously, as our younger dog is otherwise barely responsive in stressful situations. From the very first appointment, Ms. Sorgenfrei took an exceptionally long time and conducted a very thorough, holistic assessment, supplemented by demonstrating exercises that we could implement at home. The results speak for themselves: Badger's mobility has been restored, the recommended supplements are clearly effective, and the exercises demonstrated have also provided noticeable relief. It's evident that the focus here isn't just on managing symptoms, but on addressing the root causes. In our opinion, Ms. Sorgenfrei's expertise is exceptional: She explains everything clearly, possesses extensive knowledge in many areas, and it's clear that she continuously pursues further education and is familiar with current research. She has no reservations about working with dogs, making her highly recommended, especially for dogs with behavioral issues, and provides realistic assessments of what to expect – neither sugarcoating nor painting a bleak picture. The overall organization is also exemplary: Accessibility, appointment scheduling, and the practice itself are simply top-notch. We consider the price-performance ratio to be very fair, especially given the amount of time she dedicates to each patient and the lasting impact of her recommendations. The organization is also exemplary: ☐ ... We would wholeheartedly recommend the Mobile Animal Healing Practice Sorgenfrei – especially for those who want more than just a brief, "wait-and-see" consultation with a veterinarian and instead want to actively do something for their animal's long-term health.

A highly competent, empathetic, and friendly physiotherapist and nutritionist. She has helped our dogs many times, and her seminars/webinars are also highly recommended.
