I always feel very well advised by Ms. Anja Roscam Abbing. I have been bringing my pigeons to her for treatment for about three years now. The treatments have been trouble-free. Appointments are easy and quick to arrange with her. In emergencies, I can also bring pigeons to her at short notice. The contact is always friendly and respectful.

You can get an appointment quickly, and the medication was effective. However, from a human perspective, we would have appreciated more empathy and understanding for our decisions in this difficult situation. Instead, we were made to feel guilty if we didn't opt ​​for the suggested treatments. Unfortunately, this gave us the impression that it was more about money than the bird's well-being. We also found it very disappointing that we weren't allowed to accompany our pet during treatment. This made it impossible to verify what services were actually provided. Furthermore, the rushed, impersonal nature of the treatment gave an unprofessional impression. While the veterinarian's actions were undoubtedly correct from a technical standpoint, we believe that a professional veterinarian should also demonstrate a certain degree of empathy towards the owners. Paying clients should always be treated kindly and professionally.
