Reviews
Unfortunately, the diagnosis was incorrect. I called Mr. Kaiser because my horse had deteriorated significantly and I felt he was suffering. I never wanted him to suffer and even discussed euthanasia before his condition worsened. Despite statements from me, the stable owner, and the stable owner, he didn't think he looked bad. Listening to his heart was apparently unnecessary, otherwise they would have already discovered that something was wrong there. Blood was taken, and apparently everything was fine, just a selenium deficiency. I then got a second opinion from someone else. Unfortunately, everything wasn't good at all! Mr. Kaiser's inflammation levels were borderline, and it urgently needed to be checked and treated. There was also something wrong with his heart. My horse was very ill and was then treated by another vet. Unfortunately, it was too late! Despite all my efforts, I had to put him down, and he went through what I wanted to prevent! Addendum: The statement that everything was rejected is simply a lie! The blood results were incorrectly communicated to me, because it wasn't just a selenium deficiency. It was only after I asked and sent the results that I saw the inflammation levels MYSELF, which were already borderline. If I had turned everything down on financial grounds, why did I get a second opinion and try to treat it? The only thing I didn't want was for him to suffer; it has nothing to do with costs. You don't have to let a 30-year-old horse suffer like that and then say everything is fine, even though you could already see that he had lost a lot of weight. If someone tells me there is just a selenium deficiency and everything else is fine and it is enough if I feed selenium, then that is the wrong diagnosis! He was deathly ill!! And they dismissed it as a selenium deficiency and didn't mention anything about inflammation levels at all.
Dear veterinarian Moritz Kaiser from Eisenbach, when our cat had an epileptic seizure and died today while on a walk in Eisenbach in my daughter's arms, I called you because your practice is in the same town. You LAUGHED and said I COULD NOT bring the cat to you. When I asked (!), you told me to contact the crematorium in Lindenholzhausen. I called the number I found online and was told that this was no longer possible. The Cremare in Idstein became my first port of call. It turned out to be a very long drive. I don't know whether you, Mr. Kaiser, have children. But you certainly have a cold storage room. Veterinary medicine can be learned, but unfortunately, empathy and humanity cannot.
Highly recommended as a veterinarian for horses. Also recommended for small animals. Friendly, reliable, and very knowledgeable.
We only want the best for our horse. He takes his time, is friendly to people and animals... but above all, very competent 👍
A very competent, caring veterinarian for our Icelandic horse. He takes his time, provides thorough advice, and is very friendly. He also has a lot of empathy with his equine patients.
