We only want the best for our horse. He takes his time, is friendly to people and animals... but above all, very competent 👍

Unfortunately, the diagnosis was wrong. I called Mr. Kaiser because my horse had deteriorated significantly and I had a feeling he was suffering. I never wanted him to suffer and even discussed euthanasia before he got worse. Despite my statements, the stable owner, and the other boarders, he didn't think he looked unwell. Listening to his heart was apparently unnecessary; otherwise, he would have noticed something was wrong there as well. Blood was drawn, and supposedly everything was fine except for a selenium deficiency. I then sought a second opinion from someone else. Unfortunately, things weren't fine at all! Mr. Kaiser's inflammation markers were already borderline, and further testing and treatment were urgently needed. There was also something wrong with his heart. My horse was very ill and was then treated by another vet. Sadly, it was too late! Despite all my efforts, I had to have him put down, and he went through what I had tried to prevent! Addendum: The claim that everything was rejected is simply a lie! The blood test results were given to me incorrectly, as it wasn't just a selenium deficiency. Only after asking and receiving the test results did I myself see the inflammation markers, which were already borderline. If I had refused everything for cost reasons, why did I get a second opinion and try to treat him? The only thing I didn't want was for him to suffer; that has nothing to do with cost. You shouldn't let a 30-year-old horse suffer like that and then say everything is fine, even though you could already see that he was deteriorating significantly. If someone tells me it's just a selenium deficiency and everything else is fine, and that feeding selenium is enough, then that's a wrong diagnosis! He was critically ill!! And they dismissed it as a selenium deficiency and didn't even mention inflammation markers.

A very competent, caring veterinarian for our Icelandic horse. He takes his time, provides thorough advice, and is very friendly. He also has a lot of empathy with his equine patients.

Dear veterinarian Moritz Kaiser from Eisenbach, when our cat had an epileptic seizure and died in my daughter's arms during a walk in Eisenbach today, I called you because your practice is in the same town. You LAUGHED and said I could NOT bring the cat to you. Upon further questioning (!), you told me to contact the crematorium in Lindenholzhausen. I called the number I found online and learned that this was no longer possible. Cremare in Idstein became my next point of contact. That turned out to be a very long drive. I don't know if you, Mr. Kaiser, have children. But I'm sure you have a cold storage room. Veterinary medicine can be learned, but unfortunately, empathy and humanity cannot.
