We had a minor emergency and went to Rosenbach because our vet was on vacation. That was two days ago, and we received excellent advice and treatment from a veterinarian who, unfortunately, isn't mentioned by name on the website. Today we had to go back for a follow-up appointment, but we were seen by a different vet, Romy Richter. Because of this, we won't be going back to this vet. This woman is incredibly unfriendly, rude, and completely unprofessional! No greeting, no mention of the medications, no consultation with me regarding the treatment, and after being charged an outrageous price, I was told to come back after the weekend, which I definitely won't do. When we brought up the topic of ticks, she absolutely refused to listen to my opinion and just wanted to push treatment. This kind of behavior is damaging to the practice, even though the assistants, our first vet, and Mr. Eisfeld himself are all perfectly fine!
