I can highly recommend them. We came with our very old dog and received incredibly compassionate and loving care. They have a huge heart for both animals and people. We needed a nebulizer, so they quickly looked online and then called their friend at the pharmacy, whose discount we also received. It's definitely a reason to move back to our old hometown. Last spring, we had to let our old pony Ricolo go. He had gotten stuck overnight and couldn't get up on his own. I was so glad that Dr. Besecke was on call that day. Even the initial contact, which was on the weekend, was incredibly empathetic. She explained that it might take a little while, as she was busy with an emergency. There was no sign of stress or annoyance, as you sometimes experience with other vets. When Dr. Besecke arrived, she lovingly cared for our old pony, taking her time, without any rush or hurry. However, it was clear that we had to let him go that day. Even the final farewell was handled with such dignity that I felt completely at ease. Everything was explained in detail and carried out so perfectly that our old pony was able to pass away peacefully. I was able to stay with him the entire time. Even afterward, Dr. Besecke was still there for me and didn't just quickly gather her things and leave. No, she gave me time and even explained what I needed to do next: arrange for the pickup. I am incredibly grateful that, thanks to her, this sad moment was such a peaceful one. I can only thank her again and wholeheartedly recommend her. Thank you so much, Dr. Besecke
