Dr. Therese Hecht worked with our male cat Poucho recently. We are very pleased with the clinic, Poucho was very calm in her presence, absolutely no complications after, no stress to the animal. All the staff was also very friendly, they speak English perfectly, and if you have an appointment there is absolutely no waiting.

Five stars aren't nearly enough. We would give so much more. Our Digger was only a patient for a short time, but he and we were so wonderfully cared for. The medical treatment was completely satisfactory; everything possible was done. Unfortunately, due to his age and health issues, we had to have him put down. We were very impressed by the warm and loving way the staff treated our pet. We had all the time in the world to say goodbye. We will only take our animals to this practice from now on. I had to take my 4-year-old Bullmastiff, Günther, to Dr. Klemt's emergency vet clinic on Sunday. She helped us perfectly, both professionally and personally. He's already feeling much better today. A huge and heartfelt thank you again! 🍀
