Absolutely unacceptable! 1. He simply didn't show up for his appointment. After calling to find out what was going on, I was told he didn't have my mobile number, which was already on file twice: once when I made the appointment (through his office staff) and again later that same day when I called to ask when I could expect him. 2. I tried to schedule an appointment on Wednesday for Friday, but was told to call back Friday morning to confirm the time. Okay, I did. I couldn't reach him at first, so I tried again an hour later... he was in a treatment session and would get back to me. After two hours with no response, I called again... still no answer. I waited another two hours, then called every half hour until I received a WhatsApp message saying he was in a treatment session and couldn't take a call. I replied via WhatsApp asking if and when I could expect him. Another hour passed with no answer, so I called again. Then, via WhatsApp, he said he wouldn't be coming that day?! All in all, incredibly unreliable!
Simply the nicest and most competent veterinarian we've ever had. Mr. Piotrowski always shows up for scheduled appointments, is available in emergencies, and provides competent and experienced treatment. I'm happy to know my gelding is in the best hands with him!

We had a pre-purchase exam done today by the Piotrowski veterinary practice and felt very well cared for throughout. The examination was extremely professional and structured. Although I don't have much experience with horses myself, all the findings were explained to me calmly, clearly, and in a very understandable way. You can immediately tell how experienced and competent he is. Regardless of the results of the pre-purchase exam, I would choose him again without hesitation, both for future exams and as an equine vet in general. The veterinary assistant was also very friendly and efficient; you could tell they make a great team. Highly recommended.
