We had a pre-purchase exam done today by the Piotrowski veterinary practice and felt very well cared for throughout. The examination was extremely professional and structured. Although I don't have much experience with horses myself, all the findings were explained to me calmly, clearly, and in a very understandable way. You can immediately tell how experienced and competent he is. Regardless of the results of the pre-purchase exam, I would choose him again without hesitation, both for future exams and as an equine vet in general. The veterinary assistant was also very friendly and efficient; you could tell they make a great team. Highly recommended.

Great, empathetic vet with a super team

Absolutely unacceptable! 1st appointment simply didn't show up. After a call, I was asked what was going on?! - only I didn't have her cell phone number, which was provided twice by his office assistant when I made the appointment, and then by a call from me that same day, asking when I could expect him. 2nd appointment attempt on Wednesday, an appointment for Friday, but I was told to call again Friday morning about the time. All said and done. First, I couldn't reach him, an hour later, another attempt... he said he was in treatment and would get back to me afterward. After 2 hours, no response, another call... couldn't reach him. Waited another 2 hours, then calls every half hour until a WhatsApp message came in, saying he was in treatment and couldn't make a phone call. I also responded via WhatsApp, asking if and when I could expect him. After an hour, no response, more calls. Via WhatsApp, he said he wouldn't be coming today?! All in all, extremely unreliable!

Simply the nicest and most competent veterinarian we've ever had. Mr. Piotrowski always shows up for scheduled appointments, is available in emergencies, and provides competent and experienced treatment. I'm happy to know my gelding is in the best hands with him!
