After 20 years of unwavering loyalty (at times with up to four dogs), we were disappointed in our greatest hour of need. We called 40 minutes before closing time to have our nearly 20-year-old family dog ​​peacefully euthanized, and were turned away and advised to go to the emergency clinic. Under the previous owner, Dr. Hanten, such a loyal and long-standing client would never have been turned away in this final, difficult moment. An absolutely undignified end to our long relationship with this practice. I will be taking my dog ​​to a new veterinary clinic!
