Our cat started to hissing and crying without any reasons, We understood, that He has a pain, We arrived to this clinic, But doctor as I see made only lite research and She did not find something serious, She made the injection of something sedative, and She told Us if the state of the cat will become worse then We have to come again at Monday (it was a Saturday). And the state of Our cat really became worse, at Sunday He was crying very loudly, it was so horrible to see how a cat is suffering, praise God for Our Friend, she helped to transfer Our cat to 24-hour clinic in Dusseldorf. There the doctor determined a very high level of sand in cat urine. His urine bladder was very big, and could burst Our cat could die until to Monday, We spent more than 1300 Euro for saving of the Our cat in another Dusseldorf clinic, but We could spend less money if doctor in this clinic determined the right diagnosis. After treatment in the Dusseldorf clinic, Our cat started to normally urining but stopped to eat, and I tried to give another chance to this clinic (cause the clinic in Ducceldorf did not have time for Us, and they did not have the necessary tablets for further treatment), I told them, that they did not assign the right diagnose, but they did not have already free time for Us. Finally, We found other clinic where Our cat became good. Sorry, but I will not come to Your clinic again in the future. Please do not make this mistake further. Best regards

Highly recommended. My vet recommended them because of their specialization in ophthalmology. My dog ​​and I felt very well cared for and comfortable from the first to the last visit. A tumor on his upper eyelid had to be removed, which went smoothly. All the staff were very friendly, competent, and empathetic. The practice is well-organized, so we didn't have to wait long. I would give this veterinary practice more than 5 stars. We've been to several veterinary practices because our cat was often ill, and we've never been as satisfied as we are here. Everyone is incredibly friendly and empathetic. The animal's well-being is their top priority, not their profit. Emails are always answered thoroughly, and they even help remotely so you don't have to take your pet to the vet every day and subject them to unnecessary stress. The animals are treated with the utmost care. We met all three veterinarians, and they all deserve a huge thank you and high praise for their work. Of course, a big thank you also goes to the wonderful veterinary assistants; they were never unfriendly or annoyed. Always friendly and empathetic. Our cat Amadeus has had so many bad experiences at other veterinary practices and clinics, and here, both he and his pet felt most comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our cat after a long illness, but we would choose this veterinary practice again in a heartbeat and wish we had done so sooner. We also chose this practice for the final stage of our pet's care because we couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They take their time and explain everything in detail, answering all our questions. You don't get the feeling that you're being rushed; they take as much time as needed to ensure both pet and owner are satisfied.
