The practice staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Schröder is very empathetic and relaxed, which has a huge impact on the animal! She works with a completely animal-focused approach to achieve the fastest possible healing and pain relief! A truly fantastic vet, and my dog ​​and I always enjoy going there! Even though we have another vet right next door, we're happy to make the trip. After what I've had to pay elsewhere, I'd like to say that what I paid here was not overpriced and absolutely affordable! At least for now.

Dear Practice Team, dear Dr. Schröder… Yes, it always takes us/me a little longer, but it's important to me/us to share our experiences at your practice. We've been patients of yours for almost 6 years now, on and off. Whether for preventative care, vaccinations, and the like, or for illnesses, etc. We've never been with any other vet for so long! With you, we've finally found our health team. That's why we want and need to share our experiences now. - A competent and caring veterinarian who, thank goodness, is honest and empathetic and doesn't mince words. - A super friendly and caring practice team. - Both Dr. Schröder and the team take their time for both animals and their owners. - Easy appointment scheduling… almost always works out. ... - There are no harsh chemical treatments right away; we start with a gentler approach... homeopathy, and it's worked extremely well for us, as it has few to no side effects. Our first encounters involved surgery for a lipoma in a particularly awkward spot... it took about four months until the wound finally closed. Dr. Schröder was by our side the entire time... laser therapy, suitable ointments for the dog, constant availability, and helpful words for me. Then there were the occasional minor issues. In August 2025, he had canine hepatitis... completely recovered without any lasting damage. Almost four weeks ago, he had vestibular syndrome, also receiving excellent first aid – thank you for that! Three days later, he had a nasty gastrointestinal infection... which cleared up well after five days with herbal remedies. He's still a bit unsteady on his feet, but we're working on it. At almost 14 years old, he's no spring chicken anymore. So, a huge thank you to you all!!!

Sadly, our beloved pet had to leave us, but the veterinary practice was incredibly kind, empathetic, and caring during this difficult time. Thank you so much for everything 🙏
