Dr. Kraft provided excellent care for our little cat Mogli during a serious illness. Mogli had lived on the streets of a Canary Island for eight years and naturally had several health issues. Dr. Kraft was always extremely knowledgeable, even going the extra mile to research complex procedures and connect us with specialists. Perhaps the most challenging aspect was the amputation of Mogli's hind leg, performed by Dr. Kraft. Several other veterinarians praised the result afterward and admired the excellent surgical scar – even though the operation was apparently not as straightforward as initially perceived. I highly recommend this practice under Dr. Kraft's care for difficult cases. Furthermore, the friendly and attentive service provided by all the veterinary staff is a real plus. Thank you so much.

A fantastic clinic! We took our dog Mailo there and felt incredibly well cared for. The doctors and the entire team are all highly competent and incredibly friendly, and they were also very kind and sensitive in their interactions with our dog. Everything was explained clearly, and they really took their time with us. Any questions we had were answered clearly, and emails were responded to promptly. Great doctors, a great team, and a beautiful, modern clinic. We highly recommend this clinic and would definitely come back if needed.

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care our dog Iloy received. Iloy is a young Great Dane weighing around 70 kg. Our worries and concerns were correspondingly high when it became clear that cruciate ligament surgery was necessary. With such a large dog, you naturally have many concerns about the anesthesia, the surgery itself, and the recovery process. The TPLO surgery went smoothly, and we received excellent care throughout the entire process. Especially in the first few days after the operation, when you worry about every little thing as a dog owner, we always felt taken seriously and well cared for. Today, six and a half weeks after the surgery, we had the follow-up appointment with X-rays. The veterinarian is very pleased with the healing process; the images look very good, and we are now allowed to gradually increase his exercise. Our dog is putting weight on the operated leg again very well. From the diagnosis to the surgery and aftercare, we always felt we were in competent, honest, and friendly hands. We were particularly impressed by the professional expertise and the calm, realistic advice, which gave us a great deal of reassurance during a very stressful situation. We would choose this clinic again without hesitation and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Many thanks to the entire team for their outstanding work and for helping our dog recover so well.

All my wishes, questions, and concerns were addressed, and I always received clear and helpful answers, both professionally and personally.
