Tierarztpraxis Marita Grau

We took our bearded dragon, Glumanda, to Dr. Dörpinghaus for a short appointment. She lovingly cared for us and Glumanda during his final hours. The practice has a very caring team, and Dr. Dörpinghaus is a very kind and empathetic veterinarian. We highly recommend both the practice and Dr. Dörpinghaus.

Very friendly staff and doctors, the prices there are very small compared to other vegetarians. They cured my dog many times, got a few nice recommendations and service is good.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Marita Grau's veterinary practice. The practice is modern and very well-equipped, and the consultation was absolutely professional, honest, and sincere. I was particularly impressed by the loving and calm way the animals were handled. The atmosphere is well-organized and relaxed, making you feel immediately at ease. The reception staff and the entire team are also exceptionally friendly, patient, and approachable. You immediately notice their high level of professionalism combined with genuine warmth. Overall, it was a thoroughly pleasant and stress-free visit. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Ms. Grau is a very, very nice veterinarian! Unfortunately, I can't say much more positive about the practice, as cat owners don't feel as warmly welcomed as dog owners. This is because one of the veterinary assistants seems to prefer dogs to cats. Furthermore, the dog area is much more welcoming than the cat area—what's the point of that? The cat area is so open and doesn't even have a coffee machine like the one in the dog area. I've also overheard two assistants in particular loudly gossiping about their clients.

A super friendly and caring team! Dr. Grau is very competent and always finds a solution. Our cats Luna and Dayo are in very good hands at the practice, from A for general check-up to Z for dental surgery. Even in urgent cases, it's possible to be seen on the same day between regular appointments. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
