What a fantastic veterinarian! Speechless. So empathetic and honest. From my first appointment with our dog Scavi, I had a good feeling and felt very well cared for by the team. They treat what needs to be treated and don't mess around. Excellent value for money! Thank you for being our vet ♥️

My dog, Brösel, was treated by the lovely Mrs. Hoogerwerf. She is a very honest and competent woman who takes her time, is friendly and helpful, and, importantly, doesn't rip anyone off (unlike some other vets). Brösel was supposed to have eye surgery, supposedly for a tumor, but Mrs. Hoogerwerf checked everything again and gave the all-clear: NO TUMOR!!! No surgery necessary... Thank you, Mrs. Hoogerwerf! Any other vet would have operated on my Brösel!

We are incredibly happy to have Dr. Hoogerwerf as our cats' veterinarian. She is always wonderfully kind to the animals, calm, empathetic, and very friendly. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is truly her priority. We especially appreciate her honesty: she doesn't sugarcoat anything, but she also explains things clearly and understandably when there are unpleasant or difficult issues, always respectfully and with the animal's best interests at heart. At the same time, she only does what is truly necessary and appropriate, without causing unnecessary treatments or costs. We feel completely fair and well taken care of in terms of pricing. Another thing we find very positive is that Dr. Hoogerwerf isn't afraid to openly say when something is outside her area of ​​expertise and then refers us to a specialist. This professionalism and transparency inspires great trust. We even gladly make the trip from Wuppertal for her. A competent, warm, and honest veterinarian whom we can wholeheartedly recommend!
