I didn't want to give any stars, but zero stars isn't an option! What we experienced with Dr. Anna Braunert during a foal birth is something I cannot recommend! Dear Ms. Braunert, yes, it's true we aren't your patients, but I think a doctor should help in an emergency! The foal birth wasn't even finished! And how can you assess from a distance whether the mare and foal were okay when you didn't even look at them? I only found the bill, which was unnamed, in my mailbox on August 23rd, and I was supposed to pay it on August 22nd, which I did immediately upon receipt! All your claims are untrue, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend you!

Dr. Braunert-Werner and Ms. Boeing provide highly reliable and, above all, professional service. Someone arrives promptly, regardless of the time! This practice is definitely highly recommended!

I'm disappointed with Dr. Braunert. Two years ago, she diagnosed my four-year-old pony with bone spavin and recommended a treatment with cortisone and hyaluronic acid. Luckily, I got a second opinion. This vet couldn't see any bone spavin on the x-rays and advised me to have a scintigraphy scan done at the clinic. Diagnosis: The lameness was coming from the sacroiliac joint, and again: no bone spavin. Disappointing. I would have expected more thoroughness. Furthermore, Dr. Braunert was in a very bad mood during the x-ray because she was under time pressure. I absolutely cannot recommend her. To top it all off, I received a payment reminder even though the bill had long since been paid (without delay).

The vet who came to my house, despite the late hour and long drive on the weekend, was immediately ready to help with a critical colic. She took plenty of time and did everything she needed before we went to the clinic. She was experienced, competent, and dedicated, even though she had a small child waiting at home. The price was more than fair, I felt incredibly well cared for, and I was very grateful for her emergency service! Thank you so much!

We are extremely satisfied. Dr. Boeing has now visited us twice regarding our miniature Shetland ponies suffering from laminitis. She was incredibly kind and gentle with both the animals and their worried owners. The treatment is already proving effective, and our ponies are doing much better. Thank you so much!
