We are very happy with our vet! They are very attentive and always there when we need them! Our pup also likes it there 🤩 Also as my German is not so good, it is a huge bonus that we can communicate in English without any problems!

From our first phone call until today, we have always received excellent, competent, and thoughtful care. Thanks to Dr. Rödel, our Vroni is finally on the right medication regimen, allowing both her and us to enjoy a more carefree and fulfilling life. It's wonderful that the veterinary practice covers so many specialties, such as dentistry, orthopedics, allergies, ultrasound, and much more. The entire team, from reception to every veterinarian, is incredibly friendly and empathetic, and you can't help but feel confident that they are doing everything possible for your four-legged friend. Many thanks to the entire wonderful team!

We recently took our rat to the vet on a Sunday as an emergency. Even though the little one didn't make it, we received incredibly kind support while trying to save her. My daughter was very sad, but also grateful for the help. We were especially surprised when we found a small sympathy card with comforting words in our mailbox a few days later. Our children are learning about death as a part of life, so it's all the more wonderful when the veterinary team offers such respectful support. Small gesture, big impact 🙌🏻

A friend recommended the practice to me, knowing they had experience with surgery and anesthesia for French Bulldogs. So we made the 45-minute trip and decided to have our Milo's tumor removed at the Fellner veterinary practice with Dr. Schiffner. From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable and well cared for by the entire practice team. Everyone was incredibly loving in their interactions with our dog, and due to the distance, several consultations took place free of charge over the phone, for which I was very grateful. The fact that we had to euthanize our Milo so soon after the surgery because of the highly aggressive tumor was a huge shock for everyone involved. They took an incredible amount of time for each appointment, the surgical scar was beautifully and neatly done, and there wasn't a single instance of bleeding. Aftercare was also taken very seriously. When it became clear that we unfortunately had to let Milo go a month after the surgery, they gave us all the time we needed without ever putting any pressure on us. The euthanasia process was handled with great sensitivity, allowing plenty of time and repeated check-ins to ensure we were comfortable with the next step. When I received a sympathy card from the practice today, I was incredibly touched by the humanity they showed, even amidst the routine of their work. This truly made all the difference and made saying goodbye to our Milo so much easier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the entire team! The Klössinger Family
