A friend recommended the practice to me, knowing they had experience with surgery and anesthesia for French Bulldogs. So we made the 45-minute trip and decided to have our Milo's tumor removed at the Fellner veterinary practice with Dr. Schiffner. From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable and well cared for by the entire practice team. Everyone was incredibly loving in their interactions with our dog, and due to the distance, several consultations took place free of charge over the phone, for which I was very grateful. The fact that we had to euthanize our Milo so soon after the surgery because of the highly aggressive tumor was a huge shock for everyone involved. They took an incredible amount of time for each appointment, the surgical scar was beautifully and neatly done, and there wasn't a single instance of bleeding. Aftercare was also taken very seriously. When it became clear that we unfortunately had to let Milo go a month after the surgery, they gave us all the time we needed without ever putting any pressure on us. The euthanasia process was handled with great sensitivity, allowing plenty of time and repeated check-ins to ensure we were comfortable with the next step. When I received a sympathy card from the practice today, I was incredibly touched by the humanity they showed, even amidst the routine of their work. This truly made all the difference and made saying goodbye to our Milo so much easier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the entire team! The Klössinger Family

Today was vaccination day for my two dogs. After a very thorough examination and a quick injection, the dogs got treats and I received some helpful tips. Thank you so much for your many years of excellent care.

We switched to this practice because our cat needed dental surgery. We've stayed there ever since because the whole team is so competent, friendly, and dedicated. We've been very satisfied with all the treatments so far and are happy to make the slightly longer journey.
