The initial contact was very pleasant. I explained my problem and hoped for a quick appointment. I was able to get an appointment a few weeks later (which I was happy to wait because I could tell she was in high demand). She was very nice around my horses, explained everything to me, and I could feel their mouths, ask questions, and always received a very kind and competent answer. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and I am very satisfied. I won't be using any other dentist. Thank you!

Very friendly and knowledgeable equine dentists! We visited Ms. Dünnwald for the first time and highly recommend her! Excellent work, very thorough, and they explain everything!

Extremely unreliable. She schedules appointments and then cancels them at the last minute. She reschedules for an earlier date than the original one (even though she knew I'd still be on vacation and away from home). She doesn't give a reason for the cancellation and acts as if I canceled the appointment myself. After I complained, she became very unprofessional and rude, referring me to other colleagues who could do a better job. This is completely unacceptable.

Simply fantastic work, polite and cheerful. Always up for a joke and does a superb job. Explains exactly what's going on in the horse's mouth. My young horse received excellent care :)
