Fantastic practice, with people whose focus is truly on "our beloved pets!" The whole team—reception, assistants, trainees... simply TOP-NOTCH!!! But above all, the veterinarians, Dr. Lutz and Dr. Kiesau, are my personal favorites 🙏 They are so dedicated to focusing on the animal's health and not on profit! We received a very friendly welcome from the doctor and her assistant on our first visit. They even gave us a little extra time so our dog wouldn't be too stressed when we arrived at the practice. We were well informed in advance about the extra costs associated with the emergency service. The entire treatment went really well, so much so that even our little whirlwind was noticeably calmer than usual. I was more than happy with how calmly and lovingly they care for their furry friends there. And the best part was that they didn't make us stressed and even gave us helpful tips. I can only recommend going there if you have problems with a family member. The access is very easy, and there's plenty of parking on site.

I visited this lovely veterinary practice with my cat on January 10th. Since my usual vet isn't open on Saturdays, but my cat was clearly experiencing symptoms (no appetite, no bowel movements), I called the Ottersberg Veterinary Practice. I got an appointment very quickly and was treated very seriously. The young woman at reception gave me a very warm welcome and put me at ease. The vet was incredibly kind and listened attentively. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with this wonderful practice.

A truly wonderful practice through and through! Everyone is incredibly kind, empathetic, and always goes out of their way to offer appointments, even at short notice. They take a holistic approach, using natural treatments when it seems appropriate. Ms. Christoffers, with her lovely and empathetic manner, even makes an ultrasound appointment bearable for our dog and me, and she always patiently and understandingly tolerates my overprotective nature 😂 We are so incredibly happy that we found such a great practice that offers everything, and we no longer have to go anywhere else for ultrasounds and the like.
