We commissioned the veterinary practice to conduct a pre-purchase examination for a horse, but due to the distance, we were unable to attend in person. Everything was handled by phone and email, and from the initial contact and consultation to the final examination, we were absolutely delighted with the friendly, competent, helpful, and professional service provided by the practice and its entire team. I visited this lovely veterinary practice with my cat on January 10th. Since my usual vet isn't open on Saturdays, but my cat was clearly experiencing symptoms (no appetite, no bowel movements), I called the Ottersberg Veterinary Practice. I got an appointment very quickly and was treated very seriously. The young woman at reception gave me a very warm welcome and put me at ease. The vet was incredibly kind and listened attentively. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with this wonderful practice.
