Amazing clinic professional doctors and outstanding service

We recently took one of our cats to the clinic for treatment. All communication from the staff was very transparent, and the animal's well-being was always their top priority. Although there were ultimately no further treatment options for Greta, we have only positive things to say about the clinic's work. Thank you so much for everything.

A huge thank you to the Sottrum Animal Clinic 🥺 My 19-year-old cat, Ian, arrived at the clinic in incredible pain, and it wasn't certain I'd be able to take him home again. The entire team at the clinic was incredibly empathetic and attentive from the very beginning—from the first phone call until I picked Ian up. Even during the initial phone call, I could tell he would be in the best hands, and that proved to be true. I was kept informed, reassured, and prepared for the worst. You can tell that every single staff member is truly dedicated ❤️ After those days, I never would have imagined that my little bear would ever sleep so peacefully on my bed again 🙏🥰 Thank you so much for your amazing work!! 😺
