Those people are there to help and they do that very, very, good.

Always super friendly and understanding in the most stressful of situations. I was even offered a choice of beverage. Not to mention the site is great for the pups, with a dedicated toilet area and several benches for pet parents to wait outside.

Beautiful clinic, the vets and vet assistants obviously love and care for the animals very well. The receptionists are extraordinarily helpful and kind, in person and on the phone. My experience there overall was the best possible for the scenario I had been in. My cat broke his Femur badly and they treated him very well, called everyday with thorough updates, answered all my questions and really made time for each patient and their care. Also while it was expensive, as a clinic for pets sadly always is, I didn't feel like they were overcharging at all. They explained every amount and the surgery cost way less than other clinics had quoted us for. While it obviously wasn't nice to have an ill pet that needs care, everyone was extremely comforting and kind and so so helpful. I 100% recommend it!
