We were always treated kindly, competently, and honestly with our Lou. The surgery was performed very well, and the aftercare was excellent. During a period of persistent lameness, we were confidently referred to other specialists. Even our beloved pet's final journey was handled with compassion and dignity. We wouldn't choose any other veterinarian.
We moved here a few months ago and found the best vet and team for us at this practice. After our cat had to have a tooth extracted here earlier this year, we were at the practice yesterday with a minor emergency. Our cat was very unwell and seemed to be in a lot of pain. Without an appointment and just an hour before closing time, we were warmly welcomed and squeezed in. As always, Ms. Noga and her team took care of both cat and us calmly and sensitively, and she was very well looked after. ☺️ Thanks to them, our little darling is already feeling much better today.
