We have never experienced such a compassionate practice team. Dr. Voria Khosvari and veterinary assistant Julia Rogler are fully dedicated to their work and possess a high level of expertise. This humanity is indescribably comforting in today's world, which is becoming increasingly unfriendly and disrespectful, especially when dealing with the loss of a pet, as we have. In the past, there has been a frequent change of veterinarians at the practice; I hope Dr. Khosvari stays for a long time. Thank you again so much.

We switched to this veterinary practice in September 2025 with our two dogs and are very happy with our decision. We no longer felt comfortable at our previous practice because, unfortunately, we got the impression that the animals weren't the priority, but rather the billing. They charged for absolutely everything. They even scanned the microchip every time, even though it was clear after a few visits which dog it was. Of course, they always charged for the scan as well. They scheduled many separate appointments, presumably to maximize profits, since each appointment is billed separately. Our dog suffered from diarrhea and occasionally had blood in his stool. The treatments from our previous vet didn't bring about any lasting improvement. A stool sample tested negative for Giardia, so our dog received a standard deworming treatment and probiotics. After a few weeks, the problems returned. In our desperation and worry for our dog, we decided to try a different veterinary practice: the Daverden Small Animal Clinic. We spontaneously arranged an appointment by phone, just one day before our planned vacation, during which we intended to take our dogs. The veterinary assistant was incredibly kind and, despite her busy schedule, offered us an appointment that same day. After explaining the problems, we received prompt and helpful assistance. Our dog was given a preventative deworming treatment, effective against worms and giardia, administered over three days, along with an antibiotic and probiotics. Our dog had diarrhea during our vacation. The diarrhea contained the parasites (presumably worms). Since then, our dog has had no further stomach problems. Two weeks later, on the advice of Dr. Khosravi, the treatment was repeated to be on the safe side. Since then, our dog has been feeling much better. I can truly say that both the veterinary assistants and Dr. Khosravi do an outstanding job. Their interaction with our dogs and us as owners is very empathetic, friendly, and competent. The focus here is truly on the animals. It's clear that Dr. Khosravi is a veterinarian through and through. What I also find exceptionally good is that Dr. Khosravi wants to be kept informed about the animal's well-being even after treatment, and is then readily available should any problems arise.

A truly fantastic and competent veterinary practice! 🐾 The team is very empathetic, takes plenty of time for both animal and owner, and answers all questions with understanding. You feel you are in excellent hands and taken seriously. Highly recommended!

We are extremely happy with the team! The vet and veterinary assistant are absolutely fantastic. I would recommend him without hesitation! He answers every question, takes his time, and the animal's well-being is his top priority!
