Ms. Hainmüller has helped us so much this year! We were able to continuously improve because her advice and exercises were always explained in detail. This helped us understand the issues better and made it easier to change our habits and routines, which in turn led to great success with our dog, Lucky. I had high hopes, but what I got was an outrageously high bill and phone calls that degenerated into monologues. After receiving the bill, it was clear why: phone calls are charged, and they "have to" keep the conversation going. Even when I said I didn't want any further contact, they still tried to stay in touch via WhatsApp and phone. Of course, the customer has to pay for that. The good reviews are a mystery to me. Conclusion: Not recommended!

Thanks to her quick response, everything was resolved without surgery. She was very empathetic, explained everything clearly, and stayed until it was certain my dog ​​was okay.
