Praxis Britta Wiesner und Kolleginnen

I had booked an appointment with Ms. Britta Wienser, as I had had very good experiences with her in the past. However, I was treated by Dr. Stefanie Seidel. Unfortunately, Dr. Seidel completely ignored my concerns. I had explicitly pointed out that I was experiencing pain in my genital area. Despite this, she used a very large speculum and performed the examination extremely roughly, causing me severe pain. The situation was so distressing that I was on the verge of ending the examination. In contrast, Ms. Wienser always proceeded gently, asked about pain beforehand, and used appropriately smaller instruments. In addition, Dr. Seidel made several inappropriate comments, including that I was "too sensitive" and shouldn't "make such a fuss." Despite my known intolerance to hormonal contraceptives (both mono- and bi-hormonal preparations), she wanted to prescribe the pill again. Alternative methods of contraception were not seriously discussed. I found it particularly disconcerting that Dr. Seidel, without providing a detailed explanation, floated possible diagnoses such as potential infertility due to endometriosis and then immediately left the room. Such sensitive topics require time, empathy, and a conversation—not a casual remark within a few minutes. In summary, I cannot recommend Dr. Stefanie Seidel. I found her lacking in empathy, respect, and patient-centered, sensitive treatment.

The examination was very thorough and all my questions were answered perfectly. I feel very well cared for and understood. The atmosphere in the practice is very pleasant and the team is very friendly!

Dr. Britta Wiesner is an excellent doctor. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and you feel truly well cared for. The entire team is friendly and very well organized. I can absolutely recommend this practice.
