Ms. Böcker seems to me to be a skilled and competent veterinarian. However, I would advise against having your cat's teeth cleaned at this practice. Before the planned dental work for my cat—which was practically "sold" to me—I was told that a tooth extraction was urgently necessary due to the condition of her teeth. Ms. Böcker performed the operation even though she knew she "didn't feel confident" performing a tooth extraction (her words). Only afterward was I advised to consult a practice that offers dental x-rays. This gave the impression that her primary goal was to collect more money. I consider this grossly negligent and accuse her of having operated on my cat unnecessarily, thus exposing her to unnecessary anesthetic risks. I subsequently had to go to another veterinarian who, due to persistent problems, had to operate on my cat again shortly afterward and ultimately removed the affected teeth. This resulted in double the costs for me, and I feel ripped off by her. Therefore, I cannot recommend this practice.

This was our cat's "family doctor" for years. She was perfectly healthy. Then, a year ago, she suddenly became extremely ill. We went to the vet immediately. The waiting room was empty, except for one dog. At first, we were told to take a seat. After waiting for half an hour, someone came and quite rudely asked us what we were doing there, saying it was "dog day." Despite her condition, we were sent home. A day later, she was dead. I will never forget how hopeful we were when we arrived and how desperate we were when we were simply turned away. Not a happy ending.
