Reviews
A truly special practice, more than 5 stars. It wasn't long ago that my most loyal companion sadly passed away. Mr. Groth and his entire team devotedly cared for him and me on-site. He was able to find his final resting place there, and the team and Dr. Groth gave me the time I needed to say goodbye. Everyone there immediately and compassionately took care of me and my buddy. I was immediately told what the next steps would be and what I needed to do to give my best friend a proper burial. Yesterday, we took my second dog, Mila, there for her first check-up. It was incredibly quick, no long wait, the staff was again super friendly, and Mila didn't notice a thing during the examination. This is a vet who truly knows what he's doing and understands his craft. She didn't feel a thing about the microchip or the vaccination. And she came home with a positive experience and no fear of the vet. Thanks again to Dr. Groth and his friendly team
I moved house at the time, and due to the change of address, a bill couldn't be delivered to me, even though it had been outstanding for a long time. Since I'd completely forgotten about it, I went to Dr. Groth. Of course, I paid the bill immediately, and he saw me right away. He's friendly and professional and was able to help my dog immediately. Despite the inconvenience, he remained professional and objective and attended to me immediately. I'm grateful to this doctor for not refusing me an appointment, even though he wasn't obligated to see me. There's nothing better than knowing my dog is doing well now. We've been patients of his for years, and I'm very impressed with him, his team, and the entire practice. - Batzov
I was here for my cat's dental treatment. When I dropped him off on the day of the surgery, I was asked if he really wasn't coughing. (A reference to a heart problem, although coughing tends to occur in the final stages.) It's really questionable to ask me something like that so soon before surgery. The surgery went well, but now the question arose: what can I feed him now? The vet said I could feed him dry food straight away. Well, almost all the stitches were open, and I had to go back. I'm lucky he didn't need another surgery. I then changed vets. The vet's office is good for minor things.
I took my two dogs to the vet's office last week. My little dog, Mila, is terrified of going into town, but when she knew we were going to see Mr. Groth and realized the vet was there, she immediately rushed upstairs. She was so happy and not scared at all. He treated her right away and was excellent. And, as always, he gave her a treat afterward. My dog loves this vet. After that, I took my bigger dog there too, because he's limping on his hind leg. He was scared at first, but as soon as Mr. Groth asked us to come in for an examination, his fear vanished. He examined him very gently, and my big dog got a little treat afterward, as usual. Both my dogs trust him completely, and so do I. He's a vet with a heart who really takes his time and handles animals very gently and sensitively. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing. The team is also very polite and friendly. I have complete trust in this practice, the team, and especially in Mr. Groth, and I am very happy to have ended up here. Thank you very much.
A super friendly, calm practice with a very nice team. Every animal is welcome. Dr. Groth has been treating my animals for over 20 years – from rats to horses.
