The staff polite friendly best of all beautiful

A very centrally located facility. The building makes a very good impression. The nursing staff is very friendly and always helpful. Everything here is very modern and bright. There are many comfortable quiet areas. There are also lovely outdoor seating areas. The beautifully landscaped roof terrace is particularly recommended. There are good seating options throughout. The Renafanhaus is very centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. However, parking spaces are difficult to find.

There's a general shortage of staff. But that's a common problem these days. The cafeteria and the hedge-enclosed front garden with chairs, tables, and parasols are inviting places for visitors and residents to linger in the summer. Drinks, various coffees, and cakes are available for purchase. The cafeteria serves as a restaurant for residents who are able to walk well or use a walker or wheelchair, offering a buffet breakfast, lunch (pre-ordered), and a buffet dinner. Enjoyable events are also held here free of charge for the staff. Restaurant evenings are also offered. These are a reasonable €10.00 for residents of the facility. A three-course meal with drinks included is included. Finding parking throughout Alt-Tegel is a major problem. It's best to use public transportation. Hopefully, the U6 subway line will be extended to Alt-Tegel again by the end of 2026. A law passed on January 1, 2025, mandating free Wi-Fi access in nursing homes, has still not been implemented as of January 1, 2026.

The nursing staff is kind and polite! They treat the elderly people in their care with great love and patience, and of course, they are very competent! Thumbs up from me! 👍🏼
