Rex Tierarztpraxis München-Poccistraße

We came in for a FELV test. We were told it would cost double (300€ for 2 cats) what we paid last year to a small vet in Munich. The lady didn’t even seem to understand what we meant. We left without even having taken the cats out of the box -> invoice for 25€ « consultation »!!! It’s robbery! We lost time and money. Don’t do like us, go to a professional and friendly vet!

I can’t recommend this clinic enough. From the very beginning, everyone has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. The clinic is always clean, well-organized, and the entire team provides outstanding service. They also speak excellent English, which has made every visit much easier for us. What truly sets this clinic apart is Franziska. She is, without a doubt, the best veterinarian I have ever met. She discovered a very rare parasite that had been difficult to identify, and her expertise made all the difference for my dog. More importantly, she has an exceptional connection with animals. She understands my dog better than anyone and always knows how to make her feel calm and safe. It genuinely feels like she speaks my dog’s language. The level of care, patience, and compassion she shows is something very special. We are incredibly grateful to have found this clinic, and especially Franziska. I trust them completely and would recommend them to anyone looking for truly exceptional veterinary care.

We've taken our dog Chico to Rex's clinic on Poccistraße for both a general check-up and a tooth extraction with a follow-up examination. You'll find an incredibly lovely team there who take care of everything and have plenty of time for each patient. We, and especially Chico, feel very well cared for there – and he even looks forward to the visits. Highly recommended! 😊

Rex clinic and the employees are the best. The ordering process, respect towards the patient and the owner, and the overflowing love for every animal is abundant here. We originally switched to Rex to follow our favorite vet, but we now discovered that all the staff are simply amazing and are now very confident that our cat is in the best hands in Munich. Recently, we went through an emergency situation with the cat, which resulted in several visits over the course of the 2 days. Not only was the clinic and staff available, but I feel they went above and beyond every single time to make both our cat and us, the ownets, feel relaxed. One time the staff member even sang to the kitty while she had her blood drawn. :-) This place is highly, highly recommended. All the staff members speak perfect English as well!!!

Great vet, really took good care of my cats. Office is super new and nice and clean.
