This is the best vet clinic I've ever been to. Absolutely all the staff we were lucky enough to talk to were friendly, helpful and very professional. Great atmosphere and a very cool approach from the IT infrastructure (due to my profession I noticed it right away, kudos!). From now on, Taffy and I will only come to you guys. Such a wonderful experience! The whole staff is sweet and approach animals with love and affection and make the whole experience as positive as possible for the animal. My dog Obi was happy, relaxed, and wagging his tail the whole time when he's normally quite anxious. The cost of care is totally reasonable even though the whole office and atmosphere feels very luxurious. And the staff speak English so this is a wonderful place to take your fur baby if you don't trust your German skills yet!
I have been to the clinic twice. Both times the service was excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They all speak very good English and take the time to explain all the treatments. It is very easy to get an appointment and prices are not outrageous in my opinion. I would recommend Filu for everyone who is fed up with the bureaucracy of doctors here and simply wants a reliable vet with good availability.

The place is super nice, and all the staff was super nice with me and my dog, the doctor explain everything to me clearly and Chorizo got treats and didn't even notice the vaccine.
