Dr. Lill was really patient. All the staff members were friendly. The prices were reasonable for routine checkups and vaccines. They also accommodated our urgent visit when our dog had a swollen paw. You have to make appointments via email or phone though.

I do not recommend this clinic at all. I took my puppy for a skin problem and the doctor told me to bathe him more often (twice a week) she also told me that the next vaccine was due one week after the other. Her attention was very artificial and she didn't take her time to really examine him. It seems to me that they are only interested in receiving the money without doing their job correctly. Today y took him to another Vet. and I am amazing of the attention now I know he have a skin problem and yet he is taking his medicine.

The vet was very calm and gentle with our dog and made it a positive experience with treats.

I have been bringing my Labrador to Dr. Lill for over three years now, and I cannot recommend this practice enough! My dog loves going because she's had such lovely experiences there- she practically pulls me to the front door. Care is given kindly and quickly, and the team is very professional. You can feel that the staff really love animals, and the level of care is of very high quality. Wish I could give 6 stars :)
