Today I was in the praxis for the first time. All of them were really nice with me and my dog and Dr. Weber gave me some good advices showing the good knowledge she has. Also was possible English communication, which for some people coming from another country as me, this is very important.

While Dr. Weber was very patient & kind to our cat in terms of handling, she has failed to diagnose a serious and chronic "Pseudomonas aeruginosa" infection in our cat's upper respiratory tract. She has prescribed Beromhexin for few days which turned out to be totally irrelevant and ineffective. She has also failed to warn us about the potential dangers of this respiratory problem, mentioning that "there are no serious consequences and she (our cat) can live with the condition". However, a few months after, the infection has developed to the throat and one of the eyes.

Very gentle, loving animals and great communication and patience to listen and then explain. Always the right diagnosis and treatment.
