I love that the clinic has a separate waiting room for cats. Franziska made our visit very pleasant and made our cat Artemis feel safe. We got good medical advice and will be back next time we need a veterinarian.

Exceptionally great service! They have a separate waiting room for cats, with the feliway calming spray as well as providing our cat with a towel with calming phermones while we waited. Very competent doctors who took our concerns seriously and really listened to all the details. The costs were discussed before performing any tests, and everything was clearly stated in the final bill. They really went above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure our cat was treated well and they really prioritised her health. We're very thankful for the treatment and guidance they gave us.

I was there two times for the same issue with my cat but they couldn't figured out what it is. Looks to me they just care about make money no interest in cat's health. Today I called for third appointment but they just shut down the call as soon they heard English speaking.

This was such an unbelievable experience!! Having had a very sick cat and being unable to obtain an appointment anywhere in Schwabing!! This was simply amazing! An extremely competent team with a high level of care and attention unparalleled in comparison to recent experience. I remain incredibly grateful. This Praxis comes very highly recommended!

I was on a short trip to Munich with my Frenchie when my dog started having some health issues, so I began looking for a nearby vet. Luckily, Rex was right across from my hotel. They were incredibly flexible — they set up an appointment immediately and conducted a thorough evaluation, with precise diagnostics and clear recommendations. A truly top-notch, professional team with an extremely welcoming and positive attitude. A huge thank you to Dr. Knöpfle and the entire crew! I would definetely consider driving from Zurich to Munich only for visiting Rex !
