Reviews
Found a lost cat and brought him in here late around 10 in the evening. They took him in and fed him. The cat was chipped luckily. They called the owner and allowed the cat to stay overnight. Good service and great staff.
I can't recommend LMU enough. My dog Simba (2.5 kg, Yorkshire) was in severe agony and they fit him in for an emergency MRI and diagnosed him with IVDD within one day. They then helped me understand my options, spent abundant time with myself and Simba, and we decided to do an emergency surgery, which they were able to schedule for the very next morning. They kept me well-informed on his recovery, and I'm happy to say that he is now fully recovered! We are so grateful for the professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate team at LMU for saving our dear dog's life.
We went to the Kleintierklinik of the LMU with our cat, who had some nerve damage in the leg due to an accident and issues with walking. We therefore wanted to bring the cat to the physical therapy at LMU. The entire experience was just great: fast responses for appointment requests, almost no waiting time at each appointment, fair prices, very competent help and support which enabled the cat to walk again after 2 months!!! The team really took their time to listen and to make suggestions. After having much worse experiences with other animal physical therapy I can fully recommend the physical therapy at the Kleintierklinik LMU.
Had a great experience with the 24/7 emergency service, operation and post-op care for my cat after she swallowed a foreign object. Really friendly and caring staff and doctors. Most of them speak English, too. Eternally grateful to those who saved my baby’s life.
I took my dog here, registered, and was told they would see me in 20 minutes. Upon registering, and without even checking up on the dog, they told me it would be 200-400 euros, and would at most just give me painkillers. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. Three hours. I figured at this rate I can just go a see my usual vet the next day.
