Positive experience. Very friendly management.

I applied for a position in the HR department here. After two interviews, I was invited for a third in-person interview in Munich. After that, however, there was complete radio silence: no call, no email, no rejection – I received no response even after following up directly. I expect a professional approach to applicants, especially from an HR department. For me, showing respect also means providing brief feedback – even if it's a rejection. I find this behavior unprofessional and disappointing, as it leaves a very negative impression of the company!
