If you're looking for a veterinary practice where both the animal and the owner are the focus, this is the place for you. My puppy was accepted immediately after a quick phone call. The receptionists are incredibly kind, approachable, and radiate warmth. The vet is very empathetic, calm, and competent without any unnecessary frills. We highly recommend this wonderful practice!
My cat vomited fresh blood, so I called the vet's office since they were on emergency duty. I explained the situation, and they told me to wait because the woman on the phone "had to get going." Apparently, they're either unaware or simply don't care that chives are highly toxic and life-threatening for cats, especially when fresh blood is vomited. This is incredibly negligent!
I've been taking my Henry there for about two years now and I'm absolutely thrilled. Dr. Soriano is an incredibly empathetic, competent, and kind person. Animals truly are his top priority 🫶 When you come in, he always gives his patients a big cuddle 🥰 I'm a very anxious person and I'm always worried that something might be wrong with Henry, but he always manages to calm me down. His staff are also extremely friendly, especially the lovely blonde one with short hair. It's about a 40 km drive from my place, but it's worth it. If I could give 10 stars, I would. One more thing I have to mention: If you get an appointment, you never have to wait, or only very minimally. Amazing organization 🙏 Great practice 🌻
