Friendliness, professionalism, and passion characterize not only veterinarians Dr. Günther Merx and Dr. Andrea Merx, but the entire team at the practice. There's an excellent atmosphere, surpassed only by the team's professional expertise. We and our feisty cat felt very comfortable and highly recommend the practice!

For a long time, we didn't know what was wrong with our cat, who repeatedly vomited and lost his appetite. After years of being stumped by our old vet, we switched to Dr. Merx. Within two weeks, it was clear what was wrong with him (IBD and FORL), and eight weeks later, after the removal of his damaged teeth and with a special diet, he was practically symptom-free. It's no exaggeration to say that the veterinarians (and of course all the staff) gave him a truly wonderful last year, and for that, we are incredibly grateful! Unfortunately, six months ago, he suddenly developed a thrombosis. We went to Dr. Merx again for this emergency, where we felt truly well cared for, even in this terrible situation. Having to let a pet go is never easy, but everyone was so empathetic and understanding. We were allowed to stay in the room for a good half hour afterward and say our goodbyes in peace; I don't think that's a given, and it made it bearable for us in the end. Knowing we have such a fantastic practice behind us certainly contributed to us feeling ready for new pets so quickly. In November, two little female kittens moved in with us, and they've now had their initial vaccinations and been spayed. You can really tell that they work with heart here. These are our first kittens, and we always feel well-informed and advised. There's always time for questions, which are always taken seriously and answered thoroughly. We couldn't be happier, so a huge thank you!

The entire team is warm, competent, and always fully committed – you can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Dr. Merx takes plenty of time, explains every step clearly, and everyone on the team treats the animals with loving care. My cat and I are so happy to have found such a wonderful practice. The practice is well-organized and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much for your outstanding work – we feel we are in excellent hands here and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! 🐾
